Phantom floor insulation.

“Phantom” insulation is a good description, because when you open up the zone and check the external floors, no insulation is shown.

 

 

But the summary shows insulation included to these floors.

 

 

To resolve this issue simply:

1. Select “No Insulation”
2. Check the summary (all effected zones) to be sure they have all updated
3. Save the file. *note that we recommend you rename and save a new version to be sure, but not always necessary
4. We also recommend that you shutdown BERS and reopen it before you double check your file has stored the correct information, but not always nevessary
