BERS Bug Report with the error "Not enough memory resources are available to process this command"
It is likely to be the data stored in the BERS directories not your PC.
If you access the Bers Docs file via the following folder:
C:\Users\Public\PublicDocuments\BERSPro50\BersDocs\
Once you get to Bers Docs you will see a House and Plans folder. All files you save go to this directory and where the background plans are stored. The plans one is the folder that typically gets maxed out for storage and that is what this error refers to, not your PC.
You should clean these folders up every 2-3 months for old floor plans remembering to make sure to back up the files to an external hard drive before removing. For example mine currently has 7.9 gig of plans in that folder and has floor plans dating back to September 2025. Once this is done I would recommend that you restart your computer.
I don't save BERS files to the House folder but that's where the software autosaves if you force quit or the system crashes.
If you clean out these two folders for old files, the BERS file should work without error.
