To fix the language setting error. please change the settings to something else and then back again, like this:
- Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
- Click on Clock, Language and Region.
- Under Region and Language, click on the Change the date, time or number format option. (The Regional and Language Options dialog window appears)
- Under Format, select the desired language from the list. (change it from English (Australia) to English (United States), hit Apply and then back to English (Australia)
- Click OK.
