A demonstration version of AccuRate can be downloaded for use with one project from HERE. Note the demo project will be limited to a sample address and fixed climate zone only.
Follow the link above and you will be prompted to register on the Energy Inspection website before downloading. Follow the installation instructions and once AccuRate in installed, open the software. You will be prompted to enter an Unlock Code. Just click OK in this window and it will continue in Demo Mode.
