Microsoft Edge - Downloading BERS Error

Microsoft Defender blocks the BERS download, follow the below steps to turn this off for the download & back on again.

1. Open Edge
2. Go to the "..." in the top right corner
3. Go down and click on settings
4. From the left hand menu, click on 'Privacy, search and services'
5. Turn off 'Microsoft Defender SmartScreen'
6. Paste this link into a new tab  - http://energyinspection.fetchapp.com/permalink/ccc4ce
7. File should now download
8. Turn 'Microsoft Defender SmartScreen' back on
