NatHERS Summary Certificate Editing function
The new editing features are available on the My Job, Search and the Location Summary pages, with a key to the functions at the bottom right of each page.
My Jobs and Search Results pages
On the My Jobs page and the Search Page the features are identical and as follows. This allows for options in searching.
- The Generate Summary Checkbox will be visible at the end of an existing certificate and is an already existing function to select individual certificates for summarisation by common street address.
- The Edit Summary Certificate will be visible at the end of an existing Summary Certificate, and when opened, will allow users to unselect current selections and select other certificates that may be newly added for the same address. This will mean much easier and faster summarisations. It eliminates reselecting previously selected certificates when changes are necessary.
- The In Summary Certificate will be visible at the end of an existing certificate that is already included in a Summary, and when opened, will allow users to unselect current selections and select other certificates that may be newly added for the same address. This will mean much easier and faster summarisations. It eliminates reselecting previously selected certificates when changes are necessary.
Notes:
- Edit Summary Certificate and In Summary Certificate are essentially the same once you get to the Editor. The difference in Icons is so the user can see the difference in source. Edit Summary Certificate will be next to an actual Summary Certificate while In Summary Certificate is displayed next to a Single Certificate that has already been added to a Summary Certificate. (So, differentiating the source, but functionally it will go to the same Edit Page.)
- If a Single Certificate In Summary Certificate has been added to more than one Summary Certificate, it will locate and open the most recent Summary Certificate associated with the Single Certificate. This is irrelevant when clicking on Edit Summary Certificate because it will be directly referenced.
- The following is an example of the Editing window:
The Location Summary page
The Location Summary page provides new shortcuts to selecting all addresses at a specific address without generating a search.

- The Generate Summary Certificate function opens a list of all common street addresses listing in the Location Summary. Selections can be made individually or by using the selection buttons.
