My certificates will not combine into a summary. How do I check for differences in the Dwelling Details?

The way to check for Dwelling Detail differences is to first download a .csv file of the project listings from the Hstar web portal as follows:

1. Choose Search from the portal menu

2. Add criteria for your search

3. Click Search button 

4. Then once the results are displayed, navigate to the end of the displayed list and choose Download Results

5. If there are no street address differences one other problem could be that pairs of both a current and an expired certificate for the same unit number have been selected.  Ensure that the most current certificate has been selected.

6. Mixtures of accreditation will not combine (non-accredited and accredited). 

However multiple AAOs will combine.
