How are amendments made to the certificates in the portal?

When an amendment is made to an assessment, it is to be resubmitted to the portal in the same way that the original assessment is submitted.  The previous record with the same address is overwritten and a version number appended to the original certificate number.  The following example shows a count of 12 amendments:

The date of the record will update to the latest upload date.  Please be aware that amendments to the address will create a new record and therefore charge a new fee.  All other amendments can be made without an additional fee for up to 12 months from the original submission.
