I have not purchased the Premium Support option. What assistance can I access?

All registered licence holders of AccuRate Sustainability can contact Energy Inspection for technical and licensing support, by sending an email to: admin@energyinspection.com.au. All enquiries will be attended to within one business day after receipt of the email request. When registered for Basic Support, you will receive notices by email of new upgrades and changes to the software along with newsletters from time to time as new information comes to hand. Support via telephone, and advice with dwelling interpretation are not included with Standard Support.
