How do I purchase certificate credits?

Certificate credits will be available 24/7 via the Energy inspection website if purchased by credit/debit card (a business-day delay applies to purchases made by EFT). Once the assessor completes the online purchase process, they will be emailed a Coupon Code within 5-10 minutes. The code can then be redeemed in the HStar portal to add certificate credits.
