From the AccuRate menu|Configure|AccuRate Defaults|Assessor: set Web Portal Email and Password to the settings you have in the Hstar Web Portal. If you make changes in the portal these need to be amended in AccuRate as well.
I tried submitting an assessment and received this message“Missing Hstar web portal assessor email password”. Where is this entered in AccuRate?
