What can I do if AccuRate reverts back to Demo Mode and my licence is current?

Sometimes the installation can revert to demonstration mode because of changes to your computer’s hardware, for example the addition or removal of an external hard drive or a USB drive. If this happens, please try these steps (in order):

1) Remove the external hard drive and restart the computer, without entering an unlock code, or

2) Remove the external hard drive and re-enter the original valid unlock code provided by Energy Inspection (regardless of whether your “computer’s serial number” is display differently) or

3) Remove the external hard drive and request a new unlock code from Energy Inspection by contacting us and including the following information:

Your AccuRate Sustainability version number
Your Energy Inspection invoice number/AccuRate licence number
Your computer’s serial number
Your reason for requiring a new code.
